BUILT AROUND YOUR MOVE

Let’s work through
the details.

Start with the new floor plan and a list of belongings you want to bring. With your permission, we can coordinate moving details with your family contact and the receiving community. Confirm elevator reservations, loading access, delivery hours, and any certificate of insurance requirements with the facility before booking.

Our team will discuss the scope with you and prepare a personalized written estimate. Tell us about any changes to the inventory or access before moving day.

Start your inventory (QubeSheets)

For families and
move in coordinators.

Start with a floor plan and the resident’s choices. Identify the pieces going to the new room, belongings going into storage, and anything being handled separately. A clear decision maker and placement plan can reduce repeated handling on arrival.

01

Before move in

Confirm room dimensions, furniture placement, the receiving contact, and any facility requirements for vendors. Send loading and elevator instructions to our team.

02

During the move

Keep personal documents and daily essentials with the resident or their chosen contact. Label furniture and boxes for the destination and discuss priority items.

03

At the new home

Review room placement and requested reassembly with the designated contact. Keep walkways clear and check that essential boxes are easy to locate.

Working with a senior living community?

Our team can discuss the moving scope, scheduling, and requested vendor documents directly with your coordinator, with your permission. Acceptance and access requirements are determined by the receiving community.
