BUILT AROUND YOUR MOVE

Let’s work through
the details.

Show the piano and the full carrying route at both addresses. Photos and measurements help our team confirm the equipment and handling approach.

Our team will discuss the scope with you and prepare a personalized written estimate. Tell us about any changes to the inventory or access before moving day.

Start your inventory (QubeSheets)

Grand and upright piano moving

Tell us whether the instrument is a grand, baby grand, or upright and provide its dimensions. Show the piano, the full route out of the current room, and the route into its new position.

Stairs, landings, narrow doors, tight turns, elevators, uneven surfaces, and truck parking affect the plan. Photos and measurements help us assess feasibility and equipment before scheduling.

Protection and placement

Discuss any preparation or disassembly required for the specific instrument with our team. Confirm what is included in the written scope rather than assuming every piano and access route can be handled in the same way.

Have the destination space ready and identify the final position before delivery. Tuning, repair, and climate related care are separate from transportation; consult your piano technician or manufacturer about those needs.

Before you book
